What: Full structural pack including the forming of a new opening through the existing spring arches which are the main support for the existing building. There were 6 openings in total through a 1.5 metre masonary wall. We installed new steel supports to take a suspended floor system. A new steel support to the roof was also installed, this was for the installation of new plant. We broke through the existing roof covering and attached to the existing steel (carrying out full water protection during and after the works) Complete refurbishment of the internal vaults, plastering and making good to the existing internal walls, this included using a Fosroc concrete repair to the existing vault ceiling.
